How is pricing calculated?
Each plan has a monthly base fee plus a per-vehicle fee charged only when GPS tracking is on. Rates: 1–10 = R49/veh, 11–200 = R35/veh, 201–2,000 = R25/veh, 2,001+ = R15/veh. Prices exclude VAT.
What's included in each plan?
Solo (≤10): tracking & geofences, driver/vehicle profiles, Compliance Vault, expiry reminders (60/30/7), standard reports, 2 user seats, unlimited drivers. Growth (11–200): everything in Solo + enhanced dashboards, review & approvals, audit-ready reports, 5 user seats. Pro (201–2,000): everything in Growth + multi-depot/region, custom reports, API, SSO/SAML, priority support, 15 user seats. Enterprise (2,001+): custom tenancy, SSO/SAML, white-label, data residency, dedicated CSM, 99.9% SLA.
Do we need new hardware?
Not required. We support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for popular trackers — Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, and others.
How do we connect existing devices?
Point them to your tenant ingest endpoint (host/port), select a device profile, and confirm the heartbeat. We'll guide you step-by-step.
What is the Compliance Vault?
